knowledge

Just want to mention that the key to the whole epistemology thing that NT Wright talks about this week Wright pretty much skims through real quick, in my opinion. He says "We dare not, as Christians, remain content with the epistemology wished upon us from one philosophical or cultural movement, part of which was concieved in explicit opposition to Christianity. One aspect of following Jesus the Messiah is that we should allow our knowledge of him, AND STILL MORE HIS KNOWLEDGE OF US [that's the key part] to unform us about what true knowing really is." I wanted to point this out as important, because it is so important to the whole "lose our life, Gain the life of God" thing. "For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God." It's the key of dis-placing ourselves as the center of the world, and re-placing God there in His proper place, after we stole it from him at the Fall (the tree of knowledge was at the CENTER of the Garden).
